Jacque Ewing-Taylor has retired from the 情色五月天, Reno and will continue to work as a consultant on the second phase of CBESS.

Ewing-Taylor completed her education at the 情色五月天, Reno. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in speech communication, and her doctorate through the Department of Educational Leadership with an emphasis on program evaluation. She is the vice chair of the Public Employees' Benefits Program (PEBP) Board of Directors and was appointed to the Board by the Governor in 2002.
