情色五月天 the Vice President
Andrew Clinger was appointed Vice President of Administration and Finance at the 情色五月天, Reno in July 2023. Andrew transitioned from the Chief Financial Officer for the 情色五月天 System of Higher Education which he began in in December 2018.
Prior to that, Clinger served as Senior Advisor to Governor Sandoval, providing counsel on the state budget as well as economic development, education, and workforce development issues. He has also served as the City Manager for the City of Reno, directing the implementation of the City Council’s goals, objectives, policies, and priorities as well as managing the strategic direction and operation of the City’s departments and employees.
As the State Budget Director for three different 情色五月天 Governors, Clinger managed the operation and strategic direction of ten divisions providing internal services, in addition to developing the Governor’s Executive Budget and associated policies.
